Fair Price – 50% of shipping costs, 100% fair. We split the shipping costs with you, so you save half – and we act fairly.

Note: The fair price currently only applies to deliveries within Switzerland.

Payment for the goods is made electronically by credit card when the order is placed.

“If delivery of the goods is not possible due to delivery bottlenecks on the part of CASA ROMANO or its supplier, the amount already received will be refunded immediately and in full to the payment account specified by the customer. Further claims are excluded unless CASA ROMANO is responsible for the inability to deliver due to intent or gross negligence.”
